Billing & Payments

Q: When is my monthly payment due?

Your first monthly payment is due 30 days after the effective date of our agreement. Subsequent monthly payments are due every 30 days thereafter. You'll receive an invoice and receipt for each payment charged to your credit card on file.

Q: How do I make an additional payment?

File Management

Q: How do I upload files or access project documents?

We provide a dedicated file management system access for each client. You should have received access upon submitting your onboarding form. Your account manager can also resend your access if needed. Simply email [email protected] or contact your account manager directly to request access.

Q: What if I need to share large files?

Our secure file management system is designed to handle large files and project assets. Contact your account manager and we'll reactivate your access immediately.

Website Support

Q: How do I submit website updates?

You can submit update requests through your account manager or by clicking this link. If we have questions or need clarifications, we will let you know; otherwise, we will get the updates done as soon as possible.

Q: What kind of website maintenance do you handle?

We manage everything on your website on your behalf - whether you want to change a word or add a whole new section to your website, just let us know and let us handle it for you. Beyond your specific requests and updates, we take care of all proactive maintenance, including search engine updates, hosting management, and domain name management (if we manage your domain). We also handle domain renewals automatically when we manage your domain. Literally, any updates you have or need, please send them our way and we will take care of it for you. You don't have to worry about the technical details - that's what we're here for.

Q: How long do website updates take?

Most website updates typically take 24-72 hours during business days. Weekend submissions are handled the following business day. However, if your update request requires additional scope, clarification, or goes beyond standard maintenance, we will reach back out to you for clarification and scope approval before moving forward. We'll notify you when updates are complete.

Marketing & Updates

Q: When does my marketing campaign start?

There are a few factors that determine when your campaign launches, including what Programs you have with us. For new clients with website projects, PPC marketing can launch within 3-4 weeks (sometimes while we're building your new website), while other marketing services like SEO and social media typically start after your website goes live. For existing clients, marketing campaigns typically launch within 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity and approval processes.

Q: How often do I receive marketing reports?

You will receive monthly reports from us. The details of your report will vary based on your specific Programs. Some Programs include detailed custom reporting while others follow standard schedules.

Q: When do we have marketing review meetings?

We require quarterly marketing meetings to review your account, discuss performance, and plan strategy. If you haven't had a meeting with us in the last three months, please contact your account manager or email [email protected] to schedule your account review.

All Official Requests Must Be Submitted Via Email

For your protection and ours, all service requests, cancellations, account access changes, and other official business must be submitted via email from a recognizable or official representative from your company.

We will only accept official requests from email addresses and individuals we recognize as authorized representatives of your organization. This security measure protects your account from unauthorized access or changes.

Phone calls can be used to clarify points or ask questions, but they will not be considered official communication for service changes, cancellations, or account modifications. This policy ensures we have proper documentation and can provide the best service possible.

Protect Your Investment From Unsolicited Emails

After launching your website and marketing campaigns, you may receive unsolicited emails, calls, or messages from other digital marketing agencies claiming that your website has problems, isn't ranking well, or needs immediate fixes. These messages typically come from competitors trying to create doubt about your current services.

Why This Happens: These agencies use automated tools to scrape websites and send generic "your website has issues" messages to generate leads. They often target businesses that have recently launched new sites or are investing in digital marketing, hoping to create doubt about current services.

What You Should Do: If you receive any of these unsolicited messages, please forward them to us before responding. We can quickly verify any claims and provide you with actual data about your site's performance.
